Bloomington, MN (February 13, 2020) — Employers of all sizes across Minnesota can now take part in the 10th annual Employer Benefits Survey sponsored by the Minnesota Health Action Group. Designed by employers for employers, the free, confidential, online survey is open through February 28 and can be accessed at:

The Action Group Survey is a source of data about health benefits trends, issues that concern Minnesota employers, and benefits that employers say matter to their companies and employees. Companies that complete the survey receive a confidential benchmark report that allows them to see what is and isn’t working across the state and to evaluate their benefit offerings against other companies. The Action Group Survey tracks employee benefits trends, including:

  • Health benefit priorities
  • Medical plan costs and contribution rates
  • Local health plan performance
  • Prescription drug coverage and costs (special focus on specialty drugs)
  • Mental health and well-being
  • Emerging vendors and programs

Employers can visit for more information and to complete the survey through February 28. The benchmark report will be shared with employers in April.
