(Winnipeg, Manitoba, October 11, 2019) – Bioscience Association Manitoba is pleased to announce the fifth edition of Funding Day. This one-day conference will be held on November 13, 2019, at Victoria Inn Hotel & Convention Centre (1808 Wellington Ave, Winnipeg)

Funding day is an opportunity for companies, from across the province, to connect with funders, investors and service providers. The goal is to create a platform that helps companies develop strategic partnerships, gain access to funding and secure the resources they need to grow their companies and further strengthen Manitoba’s economy.

In a series of scheduled seven-minute one-on-one meetings, companies will connect with funders, investors and service providers. This will allow both parties gather valuable information about each other in a timely and efficient manner.

“Manitoba is home to several companies that are creating innovative solutions to global issues. The Manitoba Funding Day is a great opportunity for these companies to secure funding and make strategic connections that are essential to their growth.” – Tracey Maconachie, President of Bioscience Association Manitoba

The conference is organized in partnership with Food and Beverage Manitoba, New Media ManitobaCanadian Manufacturers & Exporters, North Forge Technology Exchange, TechManitoba and BioTalent Canada; and is sponsored by TDS Law.
