They provide physicians and other healthcare providers with the information and data necessary to ensure that medicines are utilized effectively and safely, they serve as scientific peers and resources within the medical community, and they serve as scientific experts to internal colleagues at companies. Currently, MSL virtual interactions are prominent and provide customer insights that serve as the basis for many critical business decisions.
