Courtney brings a proven track record of entrepreneurial leadership and a deep dedication to Woven’s mission. In her new role, she will oversee Technology, Medical Communications, Learning Solutions, and Scientific Services. Her focus will be on driving operational alignment with the company’s long-term vision, fostering collaboration, and encouraging innovation across the organization.

Courtney brings a wealth of experience to her new role. In 2016 she founded Sensified, LLC, which merged with Woven Health Collective in 2024. Prior to that, Courtney held senior leadership roles across a range of companies where she led operational transformations, drove growth, and built high-performing teams.
