The Benefit Risk Management (BRM) group within AbbVie’s pharmacovigilance organization studies the benefits and risks of new medicinal products during their development and formulates ideas around what, why and how patients and their healthcare providers need to be supported during the care delivery process. AbbVie has worked with Cognizant’s Life Sciences digital innovators to find ways to move these ideas into digital health solutions geared to minimize risks, enable end-to-end care management, and connect patients and providers.
