Before joining ThinkGen in 2019, Artie was Vice-President of Operations at GfK Custom Research, where he was responsible for partnering across internal stakeholders, legal resources, and clients to ensure adherence and compliance with contractual expectations. Some of his key contributions over the 25 years in the pharmaceutical and healthcare market research industry include transforming a disparate field management team into a proactive, top-performing leadership group, saving annually $0.5+ million through negotiating preferred pricing agreements with key vendors and improving operational inefficiencies and recommending solutions, including reviewing processes to create a single, consistent process after merger.
