Deliverable 1: Event Overview and Final Timetable Responsibility: PharmaVOICE/Sponsor Estimated Time: 30 minutes – 1 hour Event Overview and Final Timetable:
This meeting will cover the specific objectives of the WebLinx
campaign, develop an event title, target metrics, and timetable for the
WebSeminar campaign.
Deliverable 2: Event Title and Description Responsibility: Client Estimated Time: 2 days Event Title and Description: Develop title and description of event, including speaker biographies. Event
title and description should comprehend the specific objectives to be
addressed, and any relevant case study to be reviewed.
Deliverable 3: Registration Questions Responsibility: Client Estimated Time: 2 days Registration Questions:
In addition to company information, develop 3-5 profiling questions to
be asked during attendee registration. These questions should reflect
the ideal information that the Sponsor’s sales department needs to
assess a potential customer. The questions should be in multiple-choice
format, preferably with one answer option per question. The questions
should help determine the specific needs of the prospect, relevant
experience with Sponsor’s solutions, and buying status.
Deliverable 4: Lead Scoring Information Responsibility: Joint Estimated Time: 1 hour Lead Scoring Information: Quantify five information variables (allocate points to questions) collected during
registration. In addition to the points allocated at registration,
activity information (event attendance, click through) will be added to
the sum total. The sum of these points will be used to produce a lead
score ranking, with specific action rules built around the categories.
